Following our first ever blog we thought it would be a good idea to introduce you to the other members of our oven cleaning team. These are the hardworking guys and girls that all play their part in your customer experience with The Clean Oven Company.

When you call our office number the first people you will deal with will be our friendly office team. Verity, Tracy and Vanessa will expertly handle your call and deal with your enquiry accordingly. The team are based at Merlin House in Langstone which is run by Rombourne under the management of Joel Powell-Tuck. They have been handling our calls for a number of years and we always get great feedback from our customers about their phone manner and professionalism.

The reception team at Rombourne hard at work.

Our other permanent member of the office team and also company secretary is Angela. Angela takes care of all the paperwork so the technicians can concentrate on getting those ovens cleaned. Her responsibilities include filing the VAT returns to keep the tax man happy, maintaining our customer database ensuring regular customers get their reminders at the right time, processing the jobsheets at the end of every week, looking after the banking and dealing with numerous other things that crop up in the day to day running of the business.

We currently have three full time technicians and one part time operative. These are the guys that will visit your home and leave you with a sparkling clean oven.

Jason Harris

Jason is our longest serving technician apart from the owner. His many years of experience mean that he has all the knowledge to deal with any type and style of oven. Recently engaged he is busy planning a wedding and especially the honeymoon where he wont have to clean any ovens!

Garry Powell

Garry is the oldest member of the team and probably the most hard working. He very rarely has a day off and is always ready and willing to do extra during our busy times.

Scott McKeon

Scott is our part time technician. He balances life as a music teacher for Gwent Music Support alongside being an integral part of folk n roll outfit Rusty Shackle with his oven cleaning duties. He is always polite and friendly and his attention to detail is second to none.

So there you have it, our small but capable team that have been cleaning ovens in South Wales and The Forset of Dean since 2006.
